Kolo by Rolutec
Child safety standards
Kolo is a rider-networking app for people aged 16 and over. These standards apply to every profile, message, broadcast, event, report, image, link, and other interaction made through Kolo.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Kolo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Prohibited conduct includes creating, requesting, possessing, uploading, distributing, linking to, threatening to distribute, or facilitating CSAM, as well as grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of a minor, child trafficking, or arranging online or offline sexual exploitation of a child.
Attempting to evade safety controls, retaliating against a reporter, or using Kolo to identify, contact, pressure, or exploit a minor is also prohibited.
How to report a concern
Signed-in riders can open another rider's card and use Report to send a safety report inside Kolo. Select the safety reason, mark an urgent concern when appropriate, and include enough detail for review. The adjacent Block action immediately removes contact between the two accounts.
If the in-app report is unavailable, or the concern relates to content that cannot yet be attached to an in-app report, email support@rolutec.com with the subject “Kolo child safety report”. Do not copy, download, or email suspected CSAM. Provide account names, relevant dates, and a description instead.
How Kolo responds
Rolutec reviews child-safety reports, may restrict or suspend accounts, and removes or disables access to prohibited material when it obtains actual knowledge of it. Evidence is handled only to the extent necessary for safety review and legal reporting. Confirmed CSAM and other conduct that must be reported will be referred to the competent regional authority, law enforcement, or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as applicable under relevant law.
Reports made in good faith are not penalised. Kolo may preserve limited account and report records when necessary for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Child-safety contact
Google Play and competent authorities can contact the Kolo child-safety representative at support@rolutec.com. Include “Kolo child safety” in the subject so the notice can be routed for priority review.
