Delete your account

In the app

Sign in, open the account or profile controls, choose account deletion, review the warning, and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@rolutec.com from the address associated with the account. State that the request is for Marea. Do not send a password, identity token, precise route, or identity document by ordinary email. Support may request verification through a safer channel.

What is deleted

Deletion removes or de-identifies the authentication account and account-scoped marketplace data that is not subject to a justified retention requirement. Active sessions and public presence end. Narrow booking, financial, complaint, safety, fraud-prevention, insurance, legal-claim, and backup records may be retained for the applicable limited period where permitted or required.
