Delete your account

In the app

Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. The app signs out after the server accepts the deletion.

Without the app

Email support@rolutec.com from the address associated with the account. State that the request is for Rolutec Maps. Do not send a password or authentication token. Support may ask for reasonable identity verification.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the authentication account and server data scoped to it, including sessions, synchronized drawings and model features, offline package jobs, media attachments, and upload sessions. Data stored only on an offline device must be cleared in the app or by removing the app's local data. Narrow security, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup records may be retained only where required and for a limited period.
